Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization or individual entity and Suwk Technologies Limited governing your access to and use of the SUWKLog digital platform, web applications, and services. By registering an organization, creating an account, or joining a project as a participant or supervisor, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Each participant maintains a single SUWKLog user account that can be linked to multiple projects, institutions, and host organizations over time.

User Responsibility: Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of their login credentials.

Organizational Oversight: Organizations are responsible for managing access permissions granted to their invited managers, coordinators, and supervisors, as well as ensuring the validity of project requirements.

3. Capacity Based Licensing and Credits

SUWKLog operates on a capacity based licensing model using Enrollment Credits and Manager Seats rather than recurring monthly user subscriptions.

License Allocation: Licenses stack cumulatively and are consumed as participants enroll in projects.

Credit Consumption: Enrollment Credits are permanently consumed upon successful participant enrollment. Credits are non refundable, except in cases where an enrollment is canceled by platform support prior to any activity logging.

License Validity: Purchased capacity remains available to your organization until fully consumed unless explicitly bounded by a custom enterprise agreement.

4. Record Integrity and Permanent Locking

SUWKLog enforces strict data integrity rules to ensure all records remain auditable, verifiable, and trustworthy for institutions, funders, and educational bodies.

Immutable Timestamps: Every submitted log entry receives an automatic, immutable server timestamp at the exact moment of submission.

Six Hour Edit Window: Participants may edit or update their submitted entries within six hours of initial creation. Once the six hour window expires, the entry locks permanently and cannot be modified, backdated, or deleted by participants, organization managers, or system administrators.

Permanent Retention: Project enrollments and activity logs form part of the organization's permanent historical record. Organizations may archive projects or suspend participant access, but existing historical entries cannot be erased.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct

You agree to use SUWKLog strictly for lawful practical learning management, verification, and skills documentation. You agree not to:

Submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading work logs and evidence.

Impersonate any individual, supervisor, or organization on the platform.

Upload malicious code, unlawful material, or files violating third party intellectual property rights.

Attempt to bypass server security controls, timestamp protocols, or entry lock mechanisms.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and revocation of organizational access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: Participants and organizations retain full ownership of all text, evidence files, site photos, and reports submitted or generated on the platform.

Our Platform: SUWKLog retains all ownership, rights, and title to the software, user interface design, backend infrastructure, brand names, and trademarks.

7. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability and data security. However, the platform is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suwk Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, system maintenance, or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good faith informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Act in Lagos, Nigeria.
